Andreas Mettis is a seasoned purchasing professional with extensive experience in the marine and shipping sectors. Currently serving as Purchasing Officer at Marine Catering Training Consultancy (MCTC) Marine Ltd since July 2019, Andreas previously held the position of Technical Purchasing Officer at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company from May 2018 to July 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Environmental Officer at Cyprus Ports Authority from November 2016 to May 2017 and as a Researcher at the Maritime Institute of Eastern Mediterranean - MARINEM between July 2014 and July 2015. Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Marine Resources Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
