Junior Soliano has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Junior started their career as a Kitchenhand and Counterhand at McDonalds in 1994, developing skills in teamwork, process improvements, and working under pressure. From 2000 to 2005, they worked at Autosalon as a State Representative, Stage Manager, and Disc Jockey, where they organized and managed multiple stage shows and provided music and entertainment showcases.
In 2002, Soliano had a short-term contract at Western Power as a Systems Support, where they developed an Excel-based consolidated spreadsheet for the Manager of Capital Expenditure. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a System Administrator at Savills, a real estate services provider.
Soliano then joined Neptune Marine Services in 2007 as a Systems Coordinator, and later became the IT Manager, responsible for the strategic management of IT, IS, and communication systems on a global scale. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at Chandler Macleod Group from 2012 to 2013, managing projects using Agile and Prince2 methodologies.
Currently, Soliano is the Managing Director of Computer Troubleshooters - East Perth, a franchise providing comprehensive computer and technology solutions to businesses and home offices. Junior has successfully managed the franchise into an effective business, offering Managed IT Services and Technology Consultancy to a variety of businesses across diverse industries.
Junior Soliano started their education at TAFE Perth in 1997 where they pursued a diploma in Information Technology with a focus on Programming Stream. Junior completed this program in 1998. In 1999, they enrolled at Edith Cowan University to earn a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2001. Junior then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration at Curtin University from 2008 to 2010. Additional qualifications or courses outside of these educational experiences are not mentioned.
