Darlene Calhoun started their work experience in 1998 as a Paraprofessional at Chinn Elementary School. In 2000, they became the Owner/Director of COMPUTER EXPLORERS franchise in Kansas City, Missouri, where they provided technology education to children aged 3 and up at various educational institutions. Darlene also worked as a Preschool Technology Teacher at COMPUTER EXPLORERS from August 2000 to June 2001.
Darlene Calhoun's education history includes a High School Diploma from Richfield Springs Central in 1973, where they studied Math & Science. Darlene later attended the State University of New York Cortland from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. In 1979, they pursued a Masters degree in Elementary Education from SUNY New Paltz, completing it in 1981. Finally, from 2000 to 2002, they attended Lesley University and obtained a Masters degree in Educational Technology.
