Christophe Charpentier has extensive experience in management and operations within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as the Southern Region Director and Global Service Desk Director for Computacenter since July 2014, Christophe has also held the position of Head of Operations for the Global Service Desk. Prior roles include Site Director at CCA International and Contact Center Manager at TRANSCOM WW. Earlier in the career, Christophe worked as an Inside Sales Representative at BMC Software. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from UPVD, ITIL Foundation V3 certification, a T.E.F.L certification from the International College of Ireland, and a BEP CAP in Electro-Technique from Lycee Savigny Sur Orge.
