Jason Buchanan has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Jason started their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2002 as a Desktop Support technician, where they handled hardware and software help desk issues. Jason also worked with vendors to fix hardware issues for desktop and laptop computers. In 2005, Jason joined CompuCom as a Field Support Team Lead, supervising and supporting technicians across the country. Jason managed inventory at a Wells Fargo stock warehouse and provided diagnostics and repairs for various corporations. In 2012, Jason transitioned to the role of Systems Integration Team Lead at CompuCom, where they continue to work.

Jason Buchanan attended Heald College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science. Jason also obtained a certification in Comptia A+ from CompTIA in 2006.
