Jamie Koch, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They worked at CompTIA as the Director of Project Management & Analysis, Senior Manager of Project Management, and Manager of Project Management. Prior to that, they held positions at McGraw Hill as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Product Developer. They also worked at Goodheart-Willcox as an Assistant Editor and Editorial Assistant, at Accenture as a Learning & Development Content Specialist, at PRESS 254 as a Production Assistant, at Polyglossia as a Production Editor, at the English Department's Publications Unit at Illinois State University as a Production Intern, and at the Office of Research and Technology, ILSTU College of Fine Arts as a Lab Monitor.

Jamie Koch, PMP completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Publishing Studies from Illinois State University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Jamie attended Thornton Fractional South High School from 2006 to 2010. Jamie also obtained various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Operations Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2024, and Confluence Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in 2023, among others.
