Gene Girouard has over two decades of diverse experience in maintenance management, mechanical services, and engineering. Currently serving as the Plant Maintenance Manager at Compounding Solutions since January 2012, Gene has previously operated as the Owner of Gene's Mechanical Services and served as a subcontractor at Return Products Management. Additionally, Gene held the role of Panel Engineer at Automation Integrators, Inc. and was the Owner/General Manager at Coasta Lighting & Electrical Supply. Gene's career began as a Co-Owner at Maine Wool & Design Corp, a custom flooring manufacturer, showcasing a strong background in management and engineering within various industries.
