Adrien Melanson is a skilled process engineer currently working at Compounding Solutions, focusing on process reviews, troubleshooting, and the design of new extrusion processes. With prior experience as an extrusion/process engineer intern, Adrien operated twin screw extrusion lines and managed product process and quality control. As a co-owner of Mountaineers Showcase LLC, Adrien supports college development and recruitment for young baseball players, while also serving as showcase director and head coach for the Western Maine Mountaineers. In addition, Adrien contributes as a research assistant at the University of Southern Maine in the Composites Engineering Research Laboratory. Previous roles include foreman at High Maintenance Landscape and baseball coach at Bruce M. Whittier Middle School. Adrien is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Southern Maine, expected to graduate in May 2024.
