Xavier DANGER has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technical and industrial management field. Xavier started their career at SEDIVER as an Industrialization Technician, where they were responsible for tooling and means definition/improvement. Xavier then moved on to become the Production Manager at SEDIVER's Hollow Core Insulators Plant.
In 2001, Xavier joined Duqueine Composites Rhone-Alpes as the Production/Methods Manager, overseeing the production processes and methods. Xavier held this position until 2006.
Xavier continued to climb the corporate ladder and became the General Manager and CEO of DUQUEINE COMPOSITES S.R.L. in 2017. After two years in this role, they transitioned to DUQUEINE Atlantique as the General Manager.
Currently, Xavier is working at Composites Busch SA as the Technical and Industrial Manager - CTO.

Xavier also studied Industrial & materials technology at High school F. BAZIN in Charleville-Mézières, France, from 1993-1995, and completed their first year of Polymer Chemistry at CNAM Charleville Mézières in 1994. Xavier obtained their BACCALAURÉAT specialized in Mechanics, equivalent to A Level, from Lycée F. Roosvelt in Reims, France, from 1991-1993.
