Franny Harold has several years of work experience in various roles and industries. Franny started their career in 2014 as an Interactive Entertainment Team Lead for the NBA Pelicans, where they directed live promotions and advertisements during games and interacted with fans. In 2016, they worked as a Photographer/Sales for SharpShooter Imaging, photographing guests and selling photos at The New Orleans Audubon Insectarium. Franny also worked as a Videographer/Writer for Writers Bloc Productions, operating cameras and collaborating with directors on video projects.
In 2016, Franny took on the role of Social Media Coordinator for Fallout Theater, where they created social media content and assisted with theater-related marketing. Franny also worked as a Keyholder for CAPEZIO, where they assisted with retail tasks and provided sizing assistance to customers.
Franny's work experience in social media continues with their roles at Austin Film Festival, Louis Black Productions, and Khoros. At Austin Film Festival, they assisted with marketing and generating social media content, while also providing feedback on script submissions. At Louis Black Productions, they helped develop grassroots marketing strategies for independent filmmakers and created copy and graphics for social media channels. At Khoros, they were a Social Media Coordinator, responsible for managing clients' social channels, streamlining workflows, and delivering data analysis reports.
Franny joined Typeform in 2022 as a Brand Marketing Specialist, where they developed social marketing assets, improved creative processes, and developed the social brand persona and guidelines.
Currently, Franny is working as a Content Creator at Compose.ly, starting in 2023.
Franny Harold attended the University of New Orleans from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Theatre. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Learning Conversion Copywriting from LinkedIn.
