Richard Peter is the Founder of Compo Closet Portable Composting Toilets, a venture launched in January 2021 following extensive travel in Europe and a transformation of a camper van into a living space. With over 15 years of experience in finance, Richard held significant positions including Head of eFI Algo Trading at Crédit Agricole CIB and VP of Inflation Trading at RBC Capital Markets. As an Inflation Consultant, Richard developed proprietary Excel tools to analyze inflation markets, and prior to this, worked as an Inflation Derivatives Trader at RBC, focusing on GBP, EUR, and USD inflation-linked instruments. Richard's career began with an internship as a Reservoir Engineer at BP. Richard holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from King's College London and another Master of Science in Physics from the University of Nottingham.
