Jens Werner is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate IT at COMPO EXPERT GmbH since July 2015, focusing on improving IT processes through digital transformation and AI-backed business models. Jens has led SAP rollouts and documentation of business processes while enhancing global IT services through efficient organizational strategies. Prior to this role, Jens was the Interim Head of IT during a significant carve-out project, successfully integrating multiple sites within a year. Jens also has a background in IT Interim Management and Project Management as a self-employed consultant since 2004, alongside a tenure as CEO at bitformer GmbH, where the foundation of the startup was solidified. Jens began the career as a Personal Computer Technician at ATELCO Computer Event GmbH.
