Gary Farer has over 20 years of experience in various senior-level business development roles. Gary started in 1995 as a District Sales Manager at Novadyne Computer Systems Inc, where they focused on SUN-based enterprise solutions. In 1996, they joined Lucent Technologies - NetCare Professional Services as a PS Solutions Manager. Here, they managed complex sales and integration services for the Communication Group of Siemens. Gary then moved on to Siemens ICN Energy & Communications Group as a Complex Engagement Specialist, where they sold high-level projects and telecommunications services.

In 2001, they worked at Collective Technologies as a Strategic Account Manager before transitioning to Nexus IS as a Key Account Manager in 2004. At Nexus IS, they specialized in delivering innovative IP convergence solutions. Gary then joined Alliance Telecom Solutions in 2006 as a Strategic Account Manager, focusing on wireless telecom solutions. In 2009, they worked as a Business Consultant at Blitznet Inc, re-branding sales efforts for small enterprise marketing.

From 2010 to 2011, Farer was employed at Comforce as the Senior Business Development - IT Practice Manager. In 2011, they became the Vice President of Business Development for the US at NETS International Communications, where they managed technology solutions covering IP routing, switching, and data centers.

Since 2012, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at CompNova, a provider of IT and Engineering Technical Services. Here, they oversee a range of technical consulting services, including staffing, project-based solutions, and advanced design and development.

Throughout their career, Gary Farer has developed expertise in business development and sales within the technology industry, with a strong focus on IT solutions and telecommunications.

Gary Farer attended The Evergreen State College from 1970 to 1974. Gary obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications during their time there.
