Noble Elekwa has a diverse work experience, starting with roles as a VSAT Field Engineer at Map Infotel Nigeria Ltd in 2011 and a Software Developer at Angel E-business Solution in 2012. They then joined BT in 2015 and held various positions, including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Quality Assurance Manager - Media & Broadcast, where they led teams and worked on network test automation and delivery of tools. In 2017, Noble became the Design Tooling Lead at BT before transitioning to a role as a Scrum Master and Quality Assurance Manager. They then moved to Landmark Information Group in 2021 as a Software Engineering Manager. Currently, Noble is working at ComplyAdvantage as an Engineering Manager.
Noble Elekwa attended Salem University, Lokoja from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology. Following that, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Ethical Hacking and Computer Security at Abertay University. In terms of certifications, Noble achieved the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Agile from BCS | The Chartered Institute for IT in June 2017. Noble also holds the Certified Information Security Consultant (CISC), Certified Professional Forensics Analyst (CPFA), and Certified Professional Hacker (CPH) certifications, all obtained from the Institute of Information Security (IIS) in March 2015. Additionally, Noble obtained the GVF510: Core Skills For VSAT Professionals certification from the Global VSAT Forum (GVF) in November 2011. Most recently, in November 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
