Gova started his career as a Customer Support Agent and with 20+ years of experience in supporting and implementing Quality Management Systems at over 200+ customers across the globe still believes in “Being in Customer Shoes” & “Listen to Customer” & “Think like a Customer to support a Customer”. This drives him and his team to serve Customer to have success by using ComplianceQuest.
Prior to joining ComplianceQuest, Gova worked as Industry Solutions Manager at Pilgrim Software where he led Presales team and prior to that worked in Project Management, Validation & Technical Support teams.
Gova holds a BS in Pharmacy from Bangalore University in India.
