Joe Skulski is an experienced executive with a strong background in management and engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Compliance and Risks since June 2012, Joe has previously held positions as a Management Consultant at element 56 from 2011 to 2012 and as a Senior Management-Vice President at Bureau Veritas from 1996 to 2011, where Joe also served as a Product Engineer and QA Engineer. Earlier in Joe's career, roles included Validation Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager at Covidien (formerly Sherwood Medical Products) from 1993 to 1996. Joe holds an Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management, a BS in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State University, and an AAS in Materials Science from Erie Community College.
