Julian Williams serves as the CEO of the Fire Safety and Protection Division at Compliance Group, overseeing a full range of fire prevention, detection, and suppression services since February 2023. Concurrently, Julian holds directorship roles at multiple companies, including CT Fire Protection Ltd, Fire Safe Services Limited, Alpha Fire Alarms Limited, Logic Fire and Security, ADAMPORT FIRE PROTECTION SPECIALISTS LIMITED, and FLAIR DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, all starting in February 2023. Previously, Julian was the CEO of iMist Fire Suppression, providing innovative fire suppression solutions from January 2022 to January 2023, and served as the Interim CEO at FR JONES AND SON (HOLDINGS) LIMITED from January 2020 to October 2021, focusing on private equity and scalable growth strategies. Julian's earlier experience includes a role as Group Managing Director at Spicerhaart, where responsibilities included M&A deal origination and leadership development.
