Howard Sproxton is an experienced management consultant and executive with a career spanning several decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Management Consultant at HNS Consulting Inc since March 2016, Howard specializes in operational process review and M&A activities. In addition, Howard has been the Chief Operating Officer at Procura since May 2014, overseeing services delivery, product support, product development, and IT infrastructure across Canada, the USA, and Australia, along with offshore locations in India and China. Previously, Howard held senior positions at companies such as Torex, Cerberus Capital Management, SSA Global, UB Networks, TRM Inc., and Sperry Computer Systems, where responsibilities included managing large-scale operations, overseeing global support services, and directing development and technical teams.
