Krystian Aparta has extensive experience in research, writing, translation, and community management, primarily within the fields of education, science communication, and localization. Currently serving as a Fact-checker and Researcher at TED Conferences since March 2013, Krystian also manages and mentors interns and oversees subtitle creation procedures. In addition, Krystian is a Science Writer for Complexly, crafting scripts for popular educational series. Previous roles include working as a lyricist and translator for Polish rock bands, ghostwriting for a software recruitment company, and managing subtitling projects. With a Master's degree in English Philology from Jagiellonian University, Krystian has consistently contributed to language localization and educational initiatives throughout a diverse career.
