Rex Heinke is an experienced appellate litigator and arbitrator currently working at Complex Appellate Litigation Group LLP since January 2021. Previously, Rex served as a partner and co-head of the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from December 2001 to December 2020. Rex holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, completed in 1975, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained in 1971.
