Jocelyn Sperling is an experienced appellate attorney currently serving as Counsel at Complex Appellate Litigation Group LLP since January 2023 and has operated the Law Office of Jocelyn Sperling since April 2015, specializing in civil appeals and writ proceedings in both state and federal courts. Prior to these roles, Jocelyn Sperling worked at Bien & Summers as an appellate attorney, representing clients in various civil matters, and gained valuable experience as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
