Mark Cullison is an experienced construction and project management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Preconstruction Manager at Complete Property Services LLC since January 2019 and a Project Manager in Preconstruction Services since September 2011, Mark has played a crucial role in managing complex projects across major U.S. cities.
