Francisco Ubiera is a project manager at Complete Property Services since August 2014, overseeing the developmental project of three multimillion-dollar villas while utilizing AutoCAD for architectural design. Additionally, Francisco has been a player for the Dominican National Soccer Team since October 2008 and previously served as the head coach for the ALS Women’s Soccer Team from September 2007 to May 2009, where responsibilities included coordinating athlete activities and organizing tournaments. Francisco gained civil engineering experience as an intern at Constructora Aybar SRL in May 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, completed in 2014, alongside earlier studies at Florida Gulf Coast University.
