Su Zuo serves as the Lead Financial Policy Analyst at the Federal Reserve Board, starting in April 2024, and is also a Financial Advisor at Complete Omics Inc. since January 2023, where expertise in financial planning, risk management, and taxation is applied to guide strategic financial decisions. Previous roles include Capital Markets Risk Supervising Examiner and Capital & Liquidity Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where responsibilities involved evaluating risk management frameworks and assessing financial safety and soundness. Experience with FINRA as a Principal Examiner involved monitoring firms’ adherence to regulatory standards for risk controls. Earlier positions included Assurance Associate at DDK & Company LLP, Corporate Accountant at Sky Express Inc., Tax Accountant at ParenteBeard, LLC, and internships at United Aline Co. Ltd and Citicorp Smith Barney. Su Zuo holds an Executive MBA from The Wharton School and a Master of Science in Taxation from Baruch College.
