Leinisha Tausinga has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Leinisha began their career as a Customer Service Representative at UPS, where they assisted customers and businesses track packages and navigated customers through UPS.com systems. In 2019, they joined R.C. Willey Home Furnishings as a Corporate Services Specialist, where they assisted sales associates and account representatives with special orders placed with customers and worked with over 50 vendors on a daily basis. In 2021, they joined CMS (Complete Merchant Solutions) as a Merchant Support Team Lead and Customer Support Representative.
Leinisha Tausinga attended Hunter High School from 2011 to 2014, where they earned their High School Diploma. Leinisha is currently enrolled in BYU-Pathway Worldwide, studying Business Administration and Management, General.
