Shiva Srivastava serves as the Assistant Manager of Service and Support at Complete Instrumentation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading pavement evaluation projects and ensuring quality standards. Previously, in the role of Service and Support Engineer, significant contributions were made in researching pavement construction aspects. Early career experience encompasses an internship involving Falling Weight Deflectometer surveys on National Highways, a Teaching Assistant position at BITS Pilani, and internships with the National Highways Authority of India and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., focusing on pavement construction and metro infrastructure processes. Shiva holds a Master of Engineering in Transportation and Highway Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education.
