Nadine Meinig has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nadine began their career at RWE Technology GmbH in 2011, where they served as a Strategy Manager until 2013. Nadine then took on the role of Financial Controlling & Reporting Manager within the same company. In 2013, Nadine joined Innogy Venture Capital GmbH as an Associate, a position they held until 2017. At innogy SE, they worked as a Product Manager from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Nadine is employed at Compleo as a Product & Customer Success Manager, starting in 2022.

Nadine Meinig completed their Executive MBA from the University of Leeds from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business Administration from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society. During the same period, they also attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to study for a Master of Business Administration, although their degree name is not specified.
