Siddharth Mcwann is an experienced professional in the field of business analytics and product management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as a Business Development Manager at Compile since August 2022, Siddharth has also held roles such as Product Manager and Product Associate at Compile Inc. from July 2020 to January 2022. With expertise in managing cross-functional teams for product development and utilizing neural networks for drug identification, Siddharth’s background includes analytics and predictive modeling at IQVIA-159 Solutions, as well as a leadership role as Chief Coordinator at The McGuire Programme. Earlier experience includes managing maintenance operations as Assistant Manager at Vedanta Limited. Siddharth holds an MSc in Business Analytics from Aston Business School and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
