Steven Ground has worked in various roles since 1981. STEVEN began their career in the United States Air Force as a Telecommunications specialist. In 2002, they moved to Staffing Alternatives as a Senior Information Technology Analyst. In 2003, they joined SAIC as a Project Lead Senior Logistics Analyst. In 2014, they moved to ECS Federal, Inc. as a Senior Logistics and Program Analyst. In 2015, they joined BlueWater Federal Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Logistics and Program Analyst. In 2022, they moved to Competitive Range as a Senior Logistics Manager.

Steven Ground received a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College.
