Alina Kasprik is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, project financing, and risk management. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Competitive Power Ventures since May 2022, Alina previously held managerial roles at Sol Systems and Hull Street Energy, where responsibilities included financial planning, project acquisition, and stakeholder engagement. Earlier experience includes project finance management at Standard Solar and cost engineering at Forrester Construction Company, where Alina developed financial models and reports to enhance decision-making and ensure fiscal compliance. Alina began a finance career with Deloitte and gained additional experience as a finance intern and accounting intern, holding a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
