Qinghua Pei

Director, Global Alignment Of Business Development at Competitive Capabilities International

Qinghua Pei started their work experience in 1993 as an R&D Assistant Manager and Systems Designing Engineer at the Beijing Institute of Spacecraft System Engineering. Qinghua was responsible for general systems designing of artificial satellites, developing programs for satellite orbit calculation, and conducting feasibility studies for new spacecraft.

In 2000, they joined Parker Hannifin Fluid Power Systems and Components as a Manufacturing Manager and Lean Manager. Qinghua successfully started up production lines in a newly established plant, implemented an ERP system, and obtained ISO 9002 and QS 9000 certifications. Qinghua also implemented lean manufacturing practices and achieved benchmark site certification.

From 2003 to 2007, Qinghua worked as the General Manager at Wenzhou Weldstone Welding Equipment Co. Ltd. Qinghua oversaw the smooth transfer of a Chinese-German joint venture to a German wholly-owned enterprise, reengineered operational processes to improve efficiency, and increased the market share through new branding and market focus adjustments.

Since 2007, Qinghua has been working at Competitive Capabilities International, first as the General Manager and later as the Director of Global Alignment of Business Development. In these roles, they developed management solutions, rolled out consulting business from China to the USA, and maintained strategic client relationships at the CEO, operations directors, and general manager levels. Qinghua also developed a local consulting team and ensured quality consulting delivery.
