Jason Zhang has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 as a QA Supervisor at Molex Interconnecter Automotive. Jason then transitioned to Lafarge, where they worked as a Quality&Process Manager from 2007 to 2013. Following that, Jason joined Saint-Gobain Norpro as a WCM Manager, where they implemented the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program and drove continuous improvement efforts at the Guanghan site. In 2017, they moved to Diageo as a Lean & Packaging Process Manager, where they played a key role in the design, commissioning, and ramp-up of an auto packaging line. Jason later joined Saint-Gobain as a WCM&Quality Manager for the Abrasive China division. Most recently, they served as the Operations Director China at Competitive Capabilities International, overseeing the implementation quality of TRACC systems and ensuring client success through the support and governance of the consulting team.
Jason Zhang pursued an MBA in Industrial Management from Sichuan University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014. Jason has also obtained certifications in World Class Manufacturing Black Belt from Saint-Gobain in August 2016 and in 6 Sigma Black Belt, although details regarding the institution and specific timeframe are unavailable.
