Marcin Rybarczyk has extensive experience in the health insurance sector, currently serving as the Deputy Director in the Health Insurance Department at Compensa Polska since March 2011. Previously, Marcin held various roles in the same department, including Manager, Coordinator, and Chief Specialist for Health Insurance. Prior to this, Marcin was employed at Allianz Insurance from August 2007 to February 2011, where responsibilities included life insurance and motor insurance service roles. Marcin holds a Master's degree in Administration from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, completed between 2004 and 2009.
