Meagan Fadely Riley is an experienced professional in social work and early intervention services, currently serving as the Perinatal Program Coordinator at CompDrug since February 2022. Prior roles include Early Intervention Service Coordinator at YMCA of Central Ohio, where responsibilities involved screenings and Individualized Family Service Plans for young children, and Support Coordinator at Bridges to Independence, supervising staff to enhance the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. Meagan has also worked as an Ed-Pass Tutor for middle and high school students, an Activity Leader focusing on developing individualized programs for adults with developmental disabilities, and a Nursery Assistant providing quality care to infants and young children. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton.
