Mine Konuman has worked in a variety of roles since 1983. Starting with a role as a Product Manager for İpekkaşıt A.Ş. Eczacıbaşı Grubu, they then moved on to a role as Vice President at Yapı Kredi Bankası in 1989. In 1998, they became an Executive Vice President at Alternatifbank, followed by a role as Managing Director Marketing at Millennium Bank A.Ş. in 2002. In 2003, they took on the role of Executive Vice President at Akbank and in 2011 they began working as an Executive Business and Marketing Consultant and Executive Coach as a Freelance. In 2012, they became an Independent Board Member at Gedik Yatırım, Gedik Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı and in 2014 they became a Co Founder at ComPay Payment Solutions.

Mine Konuman attended Boğaziçi University from 1976 to 1982, studying in the Faculty of Administration.
