Ersin Cara has a diverse work experience in the banking and payment solutions industry. Ersin started their career in 1999 as a Customer Representative at EGEBANK, where they were responsible for credit card and POS sales. Ersin then joined Finansbank in 2000 as an Authorized Personnel, overseeing sales strategies and managing teams for POS and other SME banking products in Istanbul and nearby regions.

In 2013, Ersin joined Bank Asya as a Director, focusing on building partnerships with high-value companies, organizing sector campaigns, and coordinating individual campaigns. After their time at Bank Asya, they moved to Akbank in 2014 as a Project Manager, leading a team of 70 people in selling POS and other SME banking products nationwide.

In 2016, Ersin joined Fibabanka as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for establishing partnerships with leading brands in different sectors and acquiring new brands and dealers. Currently, since 2019, they are working as a Business Development Manager at ComPay Payment Solutions, where they are involved in securing collaboration agreements with major brands in various sectors related to shopping credit usage.

Throughout their career, Ersin has gained experience in business development, sales management, project management, and team leadership, with a focus on building partnerships and driving sales growth in the banking and payment solutions industry.

Ersin CARA completed their undergraduate degree in Public Administration at Anadolu Ãœniversitesi from 2009 to 2015. Before that, they attended Trakya Ãœniversitesi from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued studies in the field of Machine, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from there.
