Selly Stefany is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Compawnion since July 2023, Selly has consistently met service level agreements for recruitment across various levels. Previously, at Cashbac from October 2021 to June 2023, Selly handled all aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment. During employment at Lippo Malls Indonesia from March 2018 to April 2021, responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and supporting General Affairs in warehouse management. Selly also completed a Management Trainee program in Human Resources at PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, gaining valuable exposure to HR functions. An early career internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia provided experience in administrative support. Selly holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, both from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
