Igor Tsitavets is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the software and financial services industries. Currently serving as President and CEO of CompatibL since January 2019, Igor has been with the company since 2006, holding various roles including Head of Services, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Account Manager. Prior to CompatibL, Igor held the position of Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, contributing to multiple projects for finance industry clients using Microsoft technologies, and worked as a Software Engineer at BPS Bank, where design and development of a real-time payments processing system was a key focus. Igor holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, earned between 1991 and 1996.
