Bruce Williamson started with Compassion in April 2021. As the marketing leader for the USA, Bruce is responsible for end-to-end marketing including brand activation and awareness, new product development and delivery, content, campaigns and communications across digital and live events, market research and insights.
Bruce has more than 20 years of experience in various business-to-customer and business-to-business senior leadership marketing and innovation roles at Kimberly-Clark, Mars, Inc., and Lavazza. He believes in synergizing research and development with marketing by discovering unarticulated consumer needs and intersecting them with technology. He holds 14 U.S. and international patents.
Bruce is a passionate developer of people and workplace culture and has written several books on the topic of building legacy at work. He and his wife of 25-plus years have three children and live in Atlanta.
