Sarah Brownstein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various fields, including performing arts, public policy, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Flying Trapeze Instructor/Performer at Emerald City Trapeze Arts since August 2016, Sarah also manages executive volunteer programs at Compassion & Choices. Previous roles include Policy Analyst for Texas Senator Judith Zaffirini and Resource Conservation Coordinator for Multnomah County, where significant sustainability initiatives were implemented. Sarah’s background also includes leadership positions in non-profit organizations and educational roles, with degrees in Public Affairs and Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin and Colby College.
