Sasha Stratman currently serves as an Onboarding Coordinator and Corporate Trainer at Compass Health, LLC, a position held since December 2022. Previously, Sasha was the Site Admin and Training Coordinator at Royal Canin from January 2019 to December 2022, and held the role of Counselor at Birthright of Rolla from March 2018 to May 2019. Prior experiences also include a position as a Case Manager/Intern at Great Circle from October 2017 to March 2018, and a Community Support Specialist at Compass Health, LLC from October 2016 to May 2017. Sasha Stratman holds a Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Webster University, earned between 2015 and 2018, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Drury University, completed from 2012 to 2015.
