Kristy Hairston currently serves as the Regional Vice President for Compass, where responsibilities include hiring and empowering a team of Managing Directors to meet business goals while focusing on career growth and team satisfaction. Kristy has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at Northwest Family YMCA and Board Chair for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville. Previous roles encompass Executive Board Member and Past President of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Principal Broker at Parks, and Chief of Broker Services at Village Real Estate. Kristy's extensive experience in the real estate industry is complemented by a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Tennessee State University and certification from the Nashville School of Real Estate.
