Matt Hazen is currently working at Graduate Hotels as Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, and Human Resources Manager. With a background in hospitality and a passion for guest service, operational excellence, and team leadership, Matt has held various roles such as Guest Experience Manager, Interim Guest Services Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, and Guest Service Representative. Prior to their current role, Matt worked as a Training Manager at Portillo's Hot Dogs and held positions at Olive Garden and The Hearth at Windermere. Matt's dedication to their work and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences are evident throughout their career. Matt also has a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Public Management and Leadership from Indiana University Bloomington.
