Justin Conner is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at Compass since March 2021, Justin also mentors aspiring software engineers at Thinkful. As the Interim CTO and Co-founder of American Hunt since June 2020, Justin plays a pivotal role in guiding the company's technology direction. Previously, Justin worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at TD Ameritrade, where contributions included mentoring and developing the flagship web application for a user base exceeding 14 million. Justin's earlier roles include serving as Lead Front-end Engineer and Development Manager at Remine, where core applications support over 1.2 million real estate agents, and as a Full Stack Developer at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, contributing to a flagship CMS. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from James Madison University.
