David Schlichter is a prominent figure in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Team Leader of The Schlichter Team at Compass, which ranks among the top five small real estate teams in Denver according to the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® in 2022. Previously, David was the Lead Agent of the top-ranked individual real estate team in Denver at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and founded The Good Life Denver, a website dedicated to life in the city. David also established Full Impact Coaching, aimed at empowering real estate agents to enhance their careers. In addition to real estate, David has contributed to children's affairs and education initiatives, serving roles such as Community Organizer for Stand for Children Colorado and a committee member for the Mayor-Elect Hancock Children's Affairs Transition Committee. David holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
