Michael Harrington is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Compass Group North America since May 2010. Michael specializes in reviewing and negotiating agreements with a diverse clientele, including Fortune 100 companies and municipal school districts. Prior to this role, Michael was Associate General Counsel at Cordia Corporation, where responsibilities included managing domestic regulatory matters and the company's contract portfolio. Michael also has a background in journalism, having worked as a Sports Journalist from 1998 to 2012, and as an instructor at The Princeton Review.
