Rebecca Green, MBA, currently serves as the Studio Manager at Compass Rose Floral & Decor since April 2023. Rebecca's previous roles include Associate Director of Philanthropy at American Rivers from October 2021 to October 2022, Event Consultant at Bitcork from June 2019 to March 2020, and Donor Relations & Special Events Consultant at the National 4-H Council from October 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, Rebecca held various positions at The Washington Center from August 2013 to October 2017, advancing from Development Coordinator to Manager of Donor Relations. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Assistant at OneLogos Education Solutions and an internship as Education & Talent Development Intern at the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. Rebecca commenced a career in support at the Department of the Interior as Assistant to the Executive Education Program Manager. Academically, Rebecca holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Practices from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and a BBA in Marketing from St. Edward's University.
