Finlay Leith has a strong background in construction and site management, with experience in companies such as Compass Project Consulting, Bellway Homes, ENGIE UK & Ireland, and CCG (Scotland) Ltd. Before transitioning into construction management, they worked as a freelance painter & decorator with various companies in the UK. They have also worked on shop fitting projects, including refurbishing NatWest banks and River Island shops, as well as Victoria's Secrets and Salvatore Ferragamo shops in London. Finlay Leith holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, and has completed various training programs in painting and decorating.
