David Bear is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pro bono consulting and project leadership. Currently serving as the Project Leader for Compass Pro Bono since January 2016, David has facilitated numerous strategic projects for non-profits, including strategic alignment and partnership initiatives for organizations such as Keys for the Homeless and the National Theater. Additionally, David has been a Pro Bono Consultant and volunteer for various non-profits since August 2009, and previously held the position of Account Director at Taproot Foundation. David's career also includes a notable tenure at ExxonMobil, where responsibilities encompassed senior IT management and project management roles. David holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a BS in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
