Eric M. has extensive experience in technical and operational roles, currently serving as an Installation Technician at Compass Network Group Inc since November 2015. Previously, Eric held an internship at Kinetic Physical Therapy in early 2015 and worked as a Warehouse Employee at Virginia Cocktail Peanuts from late 2013 to mid-2014, where responsibilities included analyzing labels and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced environment. Eric also contributed to McCarty's Sealcoating from May 2011 to July 2014, focusing on business solicitation and customer estimates, while also training new employees. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies from Monmouth University, completed in 2015, and attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School from 2009 to 2010.
